We have programs in place to promote existing staff and support their education including a partnership with a leading University to provide tuition discounts and other benefits..Fortune 500 Level BenefitsPTO, 401k, Health, Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, HSAsFSAs, are amongst our benefit offerings.The role of Behavior Technician involves:Conducting therapy sessions in our clinic under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)Recording data dailyUtilizing therapy techniques consistent with Applied Behavior AnalysisImplementing procedures designed by a BCBACommunicating with team members and supervisors regarding client progressMaintaining accurate, complete progress notes and other written records in accordance with program policiesAssisting in general administrative duties when not with clients as directedMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 18 years of ageAssociates in Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Etc.)
