Commercial Construction Project Manager - Moraine, OhioOur client, an innovative manufacturing company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.Manage project budgets, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and track expenses.Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.Oversee project closeout and apply lessons learned to future projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor.PMP certification preferred.Strong knowledge of scheduling, RFIs, submittals, contract negotiation, and budget management.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ProCore, Bluebeam, JD Edwards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.
