We're looking for a full-time New Business Processor to be the newest addition to our family. Competitive compensation, fully paid healthcare, and PTO are just a few of the many benefits we offer our employees.Your everyday super-powers - this is a people person position!The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as application submission and account transfer follow-up, incoming new business client calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including preparation of paper and e-applications for each designated advisor.Your Roles & Responsibilities:Daily:Receive incoming new business client calls in a friendly, warm mannerRecord notes from every client conversation in the Redtail database, alert Partners if issues ariseAttend client meetings as needed to complete any necessary applications and transfer paperworkComplete and process new business applications - start to finishTrack all pending applicationspending transactionsCreate appropriate client file for each new account - electronic and paper as neededSubmit any additional client contributionscheck deposits to appropriate accountsWeekly:Follow-up on pending new business work with the appropriate companiesResolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendmentsUpdate client weekly on their accounts and enter all data in RedtailAssist advisor with pre-appointment preparation (applications, etc.) by reviewing the advisors weekly calendar for upcoming appointmentsComplete, submit and maintain compliance logs for all check depositsAs NeededAssist in training new advisors the process for new business paperworkEnsure any paper applicationstransfer paperwork is readily available and stocked in the New Business officeProcess BrokerDealer change paperworkAssist with any New Business related special projects or auditsYour Qualifications:Prior experience working in financial industry (ideally ACAT experience)Highly organized with strong follow-throughProcess driven while completing tasksResourceful in problem resolutionPhenomenal phone skills and ability to build trust with clientsOperate with a proactive approach when dealing with advisor and clientsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates persistence to achieve qualityWorking knowledge of computers and softwareNot adverse to changeAbility to learn quicklyEnjoy completing and processing paperworkHighly organizedBenefits:Fully paid health and dental for yourself (no vision)401k Plan4-day epic passTeam Experiences
