Our client, a company that develops and leases commercial and industrial properties in the greater Waterbury area, is seeking a property managerparalegal.Role: Property ManagerParalegalLocation: Woodbury, Connecticut Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 (DOE)Hours: 9 - 5Schedule: In office every dayResponsibilities:Manage property leasing processes, including marketing available units and conducting property tours.Prepare summaries of real estate contracts and review clauses on leases for attorney review.Contract negotiation and vendor management.Maintain records of property transactions and legal documents.Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and file management practices.Coordinate contracts with vendors for maintenance services and other operational needs.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a property manager, real estate paralegal or a job in related field is preferred.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in technology is necessary.Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management is preferred.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
