This hands-on position allows an individual to gain experience and grow their skills and knowledge of industrial control applications and thermal process solutions. The Application Engineer assists in designing, programming, and building thermal control systems, while also being responsible for providing solutions to control and thermal process applications. Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Application Engineer PositionAssociate's degree in electrical engineering or Electronics Technology, or an equivalent of training and work experience 3-5 years of experience working with electrical and electronics controlsPLC exposureFamiliarity with the National Electronic CodeStrong written and verbal communication skillsPractical experience with electrical wiring and control panel layout is preferred, but not requiredExperience in Industrial Thermal Applications (Plastics, Tooling, Chemical Processing, R&D) is preferred, but not requiredExperience using AutoCAD is a plus!Compensation, Benefits, and Structure for the Application Engineer PositionThe position is full-time with a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience.
