Senior Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Leadership:Perform all duties of a Project Manager with exceptional control over multiple-year projects.Maintain precise AXCRM schedules and promptly alert management to scope changes or risks.Establish escalation procedures for project delays impacting revenue over $100K.Conduct internal meetings to resolve issues, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.Adhere to Global and Local PM systems, ensuring data accuracy.Provide weekly updates to top management for high-revenue projects.Ensure projects are executed according to scope, deliverables, budget, and resources.Customer Satisfaction:Maintain a clear understanding of project scope and align with client representatives.Collaborate with Sales to manage scope changes and facilitate commercial discussions.Deliver projects according to customer expectations.Coordinate with Sales and clients on invoicing, batch allocation, and other commercial plex Project Management:Successfully manage complex projects, including tech transfers and PPQs.Teamwork and Leadership:Show respect for the Project Management organization and participate in teamwork.Lead cross-functional business excellence initiatives related to Project Management.Participate in Global Project Management initiatives.Training and Leadership:Support the onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.Act as a positive and influential leader.Serve as the deputy local Head of Project Management when applicable.
