This team plays a crucial role in driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring accurate measurement of data center performance. Act as a liaison between data center operational teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with user needs. Support and optimize highly complex business processes in the data center environment. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.Qualifications 5+ years of experience in programproject management, business analysis, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). No specific degree is required, but experience in data centers and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Azure certifications) are highly valued.Basic Programming Knowledge - Understanding of code and functionality to collaborate effectively with developers.Project Management Proficiency - Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Problem-Solving Skills - Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to innovation.Ability to Read Technical Specifications and Schematics - Understanding electrical and mechanical engineering theories is a plus.Required Skills ProgramProject Management Experience (5+ years) - Proven ability to handle complex projects with competing priorities.Kusto Query Language (KQL) Experience (5+ years) - Strong proficiency in querying and analyzing anizational & Communication Skills (5+ years) - Ability to communicate business needs and technical solutions.
