We are seeking a reliable, strong FULL-TIME Experienced Project Manager for Floor CoatingsFireproofing projects. Looking for a person with at least 10 years' experience working with commercialindustrial coatings. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising people, be able to talk to General Contractor, solve problems, concrete floor restoration, concrete repair and refinishing, epoxy coatingsmembrane installations, and cementitious applications, etc. (Hourly pay will depend on experience.) Looking to include business development into the position and that would need you to be able to engage, maintain and build relationships with our clients & prospects, and to generate & manage these types of projects.This position involves managing, promoting, and selling the company's fireproofing & concrete coating needs for our clients and our prospects.
