ManufacturingElectrical EngineersI am currently working on multiple 6 month contract to hire or Direct Hire Manufacturing and Electrical Engineer opportunities with one of my clients based out of Middleton, WI.100% OnsitePay: Based on exp ($50-$65hr) or Similar FTE salary if only interested in Direct HireOverview:-Manufacturing Engineer-Specifically looking for an engineer that will be able to help in their Equipment Engineering group. They will help build production and test equipment. Job will be to specify, design, build and deploy manufacturing test and production equipment, ranging from small jigs to million-dollar machines.- Experience with PCB test, SolidWorks and LabVIEW are desirable. (LabVIEW preferred)-Need True Engineer, hands on, like to build things. Not someone who just wants to project manage, or manage people, etc.-Need some type of CAD skills - hands on, Solidworks is preferred, but would consider candidates with proficiency in other 3D CAD software (ex: AutoCAD, Autodesk inventor)-Global leader in entertainment and architectural lighting, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in their Equipment Engineering group. The ideal candidate can work with R&D, manufacturing, and others in Manufacturing Engineering to design, program and implement value added testing that ensures the highest product quality.-Electrical EngineersCircuit level - Processor for end of life - understand the functions and comms of the chips and what is a suitable replacement. What is the compatible replacement? Makes recommendations, testing to validate said recommendation,Example: 20 functions that this component does. Understanding the electronics of it. Can we do a like for like replacement or are their side processors that does the graphics card stuff. Maybe a daughter board. How do we best replace current component to make better or return to same functionality.This can be projects that are working with high power 800 amp systems down to low voltages (2 voltage or less on a the board level)Product Engineer Level -Work with new prod engineering team. No design but understand the schematicsblueprints on the connecting parts. Understand redesign and solution-based problems. If A and B are not working read design and understand why (bad connector, too low or too high on amps , etc.)Another example - if Power supply failing...analysis and what is wrong with power supply, component level, and then solution the failure. Circuit protectionWork with 800 amp systems all the way down to low voltage, 3-5 volt, etc.-Bachelors Degree required
