Fortis Security Products is a portfolio company of BASE Equity Partners, LP.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growingsales team. In this key role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customerrelationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a crucialpart in ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales goalsKey Responsibilities:â— Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customer accounts.â— Develop sales strategies and sales tools, including assisting management in buildingweb-enabled quoting tools and customer portals, and a CRM tool.â— Guide clients through the sales process, providing expert product knowledge and salessupport.â— Work with the company production team to ensure order fulfillment.â— Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.â— Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.Qualifications:â— 5-6 years of successful experience in a sales or account management role within themanufacturing industry (preferred).â— Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.â— Understanding of online sales principles and online marketing.â— Ability to optimize ecommerce platforms to enhance user experience and driveconversions. â— Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.â— Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.â— Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.â— Proficiency in ERP systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.â— Government contracting experience is a plus.â— Strong analytical and data analysis skills.â— Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.â— Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:â— Competitive salaryâ— Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match)â— Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays)â— Professional development opportunitiesâ— Opportunities for career growth and advancement
