As a high-volume company with a well-established client base, we are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated Sales & Estimating Representative to join our team.The RoleThis is a client-facing sales and estimating role ideal for a driven professional with construction and sales experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting with homeowners, preparing estimates, and closing deals on remodeling projects. Additionally, this role requires collaborating closely with our production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities✔️ Conduct outside sales and estimate residential remodeling projects, primarily kitchens and bathrooms✔️ Meet with homeowners, assess project needs, and create accurate estimates✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat clients✔️ Work with subcontractors to ensure cost estimates are competitive and realistic✔️ Coordinate with the production team to ensure project scope aligns with client expectations and execution✔️ Oversee projects through completion to ensure client satisfaction and quality control✔️ Close sales and meet revenue goalsQualifications & Experience✔️ 5+ years of sales experience (preferably in construction or home improvement)✔️ 5+ years of construction experience (remodeling preferred)✔️ Strong knowledge of residential remodeling, materials, and cost estimating✔️ Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule✔️ Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) is a plus✔️ NARI Accreditation is a plusPerks & Benefits✅ Competitive Compensation - Negotiable: Salary, Commission, or Base + Commission✅ Health Insurance (after 90 days)✅ 401K with Company Match (after 1 year)✅ Fuel Reimbursement✅ 2 Weeks PTO✅ Flexible Work Hours - Option to schedule sales appointments on eveningsweekendsWhy Join TriStar?At TriStar Repair & Construction, we pride ourselves on low turnover, high-quality subcontractors, and a strong, supportive team environment.
