With a strong commitment to innovation and engineering excellence, we develop high-quality, reliable automation systems that enhance manufacturing efficiency.Job Summary:We are seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for custom automation projects. This role involves PLC programming, HMI development, electrical design, system troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial automation, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).Develop and implement HMI and SCADA systems for industrial automation applications.Design and integrate robotic and motion control systems into automated equipment.Work with AutoCAD Electrical to design control panels and electrical schematics.Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning of automation equipment.Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure system functionality and performance.Provide technical support during installation and post-installation phases.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in industrial automation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in an automation or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).Experience with HMI development (FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition, etc.).Strong understanding of industrial networks (EthernetIP, ProfiNet, Modbus, etc.).Hands-on experience with robotics, motion control, and servo systems is a plus.Ability to read and create electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Willingness to travel occasionally for system installations and support.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentIf you are a detail-oriented Controls Engineer passionate about automation and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!
