Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the lighting industry.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their lighting needs are met with the highest standards.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our lighting products and services.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the lighting industry.Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as needed.
