In this role, you will be responsible for the fundamental responsibilities of treasury, cash positioning and forecasting. This role in invaluable member of a small, tight knit treasury team. This person will have the opportunity to further support projects and analysis for leadership. The Treasury Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about streamlining processes and implementing automation.What You'll Actually Do:• Managing the daily cash position and forecasts across all entities and regions• Assist with global payments in international banking portals• Execute foreign exchange currency trades as needed to support operations• Review and proactively monitor global bank fees and provide recommendations for improvements and cost reduction opportunities• Support build out of required infrastructure and systems for efficient and scalable global Treasury operations • Work collaboratively with the Director of Treasury as well as accounting and finance to support global operations and special projectsTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:• Bachelor's degree in finance • 2 years of treasury experience highly preferredfinancial operations accepted • International experience a plus• Desire to learn about global treasury by "doing" and a high level of intellectual curiosity• Exceptional relationship building skills and strong verbal and written communication skills• Positive attitude with a willingness to bring ideas to the table Where and How Much:• Target Compensation $80k + discretionary bonus + equity - monthly distributions • Hybrid-4 days in office - DTC • Comprehensive health benefit plans with 100% employer-paid options | 401K wmatch | PTO
