Senior Process Development Engineer

Job Summary: Participate in cross-functional project teams to implement creative solutions. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interfaces with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes. Responsible for identifying and correcting manufacturing process nonconformance's identified during prototype builds.Job Responsibilities:-Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.-Develops new and unique approaches to complex problems and advance technology beyond previous company involvement.-Plansdevelops engineering projects concerned with unique or high-profile problems which have important effect on major organization programs.-Provides management with technical guidance as required.-Identifies and procures the appropriate process equipment.-Investigates, develops and implements new process technologies of major scope.-Documentation including but not limited to procedures, training, protocols, data analysis, planning, reports, etc. -Leads projectprogram meetings, etc.-Maintains liaison with individuals and business units within or outside hisher organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to hisher field.-Subject matter expert in engineering specialtyapplication.-Will work within a mix of office, lab, production floor environment -Performs other duties as required.Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experienceSpecialized Skills and Knowledge:-Solid modeling (specifically Solidworks, Pro-E, Pro-Engineer, Inventor)- Minitab (or other statistical analysis software package), MS PowerPointVisio, MS Access, MS Project-Any specific experience in Coating, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), Metallization, Sputter would be a plus- Design of Experiments (DOE)- [New] equipment specification, qualification, transfer, procedure development-Six Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt, would be a plus, but are not required
