Senior Production Engineer, Measurement SystemsArlington, VAPermanent About the ClientOur client is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies.About the Role This role involves establishing, maintaining, and refining Metering and Measurements Management System sites as needed, focusing on key performance and compliance objectives. Core responsibilities include ensuring all metering systems operate within designed accuracy and uncertainty ranges throughout their lifecycle. This includes regular calibration, documentation management, and adherence to regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves implementing real-time monitoring and measurement accuracy to support production optimization, collaborating across departments to maximize system efficiency, and managing vendors for equipment upkeep and reliability. Analyzing metering data and preparing performance reports for stakeholders is essential, along with maintaining accurate documentation for audit readiness and internal processes.About you The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in fields such as Instrumentation & Control, Process, Chemical, or Electromechanical Engineering. They will bring Technical Authority and a strong background in instrumentation, measurement, and metering, with a proven history of leading Metering and Measurements Systems. Experience in the oil and gas sector is essential, especially within LNG; however, backgrounds in petrochemicals, NGL, cryogenic gas processing, or other areas of hydrocarbon processing may also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, as this role involves managing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.What's on offer?
