Job Title: HVAC Project ManagerLocation: West Allis, WICompensation: $100,000 - $120,000+ | Bonus Eligible | Car Allowance | Health Benefits | PTO | 401(k)Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager with experience in new construction project management. The ideal candidate will lead HVAC projects ranging from small to large-scale commercial installations up to $3 million or more. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Plan, organize, and manage HVAC construction projects from inception to completion.Lead project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and technicians.Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with company and contract standards.Budgeting & Financials:Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.Prepare and track financial reports, ensuring budget goals are met.Monitor project work in progress (WIP) and adjust project execution as needed.Scheduling & Coordination:Collaborate with project teams to create project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor activities, and job site logistics.Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Client Relations & Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing project updates, concerns, and change orders.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality pliance & Quality Control:Ensure all work complies with industry codes and company safety policies.Conduct site inspections to maintain high project standards and resolve issues promptly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of HVAC project management experience in new construction.Proven track record managing projects up to $3 million or more.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, and industry codes.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.How to Apply:If you are a driven HVAC Project Manager ready to lead large-scale projects and contribute to a growing team, please email your resume and project list to .
