Commercial Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead our retail and restaurant build-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on retail and restaurant environments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to project completion.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction municate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on retail and restaurant build-outs.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Preferred Qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.Experience with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Lanham, MD.
