Position: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Monroe, NCPay: $24 to $32hour (depending on experience)Experience:Automation experience (robotics, troubleshoot sensors, etc.) is requiredCNC and electrical experience is required3+ years of experience in plant maintenance is highly preferredEducation:High school diploma or GEDIn lieu of experience, technical training (i.e. mechatronics) may be consideredType: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule:2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.Greene Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Survey and maintain all processes, including annual maintenance of major equipmentExpedite and perform inspections, repairs and corrective actions for equipment failuresRepair and maintain production machines, fixtures, tooling and facility equipmentFabricate and weld components as neededComplete work orders and collaborate with on-site equipment vendorsEnsure all equipment is safe to operate, replacing or repairing guards or malfunctioning parts as necessaryUse micrometers, calipers and other gauges to inspect components during assemblyOperate a forklift efficientlyInterpret electrical schematics and use multimeters for diagnostics and hand tools proficientlySupport maintenance activities across shifts and on weekends as needed for productionAdhere to OSHA safety policies, including LockoutTagout procedures for hazardous energy controlPosition Requirements:Experience with troubleshooting, repair, teardown and restoration of large CNC cells is preferredExperience with maintenance of conveyor systems and hydraulic and pneumatic assembly equipment is highly desiredInterpret electrical schematics and technical drawings for troubleshooting, including PLCsUse a multimeter and hand tools proficiently to diagnose and resolve issuesMaintain and troubleshoot equipment, including mills, drills, lathes and robotics (e.g., Fannic robots)Uphold OSHA safety policies, including LockoutTagout procedures, with prior experience preferredSupport maintenance activities on night shifts, weekends and as production schedules requireDemonstrate a sense of urgency to quickly restore machinery and adapt to equipment upgrades and changesMust be a self-starter, focused on efficiency and quick problem-solvingGreene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
