Civil Project Manager - Land DevelopmentLocation: Kirkland, WA, USWe are currently seeking to add a Civil Project Manager to our Land Development team. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects - from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all phases of land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.Civil Project Manager Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience.Professional Engineering (PE) license in Washington (Oregon license a plus).10+ years of engineering experience.3+ years of experience managing a team and projects.Proven ability to manage projects independently.Strong initiative, client service focus, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication petitive Compensation: Salary range of $124,000 to $163,000Retirement: ESOP and 401(k) plan.Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Vision; Long-term and Short-term Disability; Life Insurance.Paid Time Off & Holidays
