LHH has partnered with a great company to help hire an Administrative Assistant in Knoxville, TN. This position is full time within a great organization that is looking to continue to make a difference. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities:Act as first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc. Provide administrative support for client deliverables, review and delivery.Coordination of document prep, reporting, and file organization.Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings.Maintain office cleanliness, stock supplies, and order inventory.Perform daily data entry for expenses.Qualifications:Proven experience of front desk or administrative support experienceCustomer service experience preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsTeam playerSchedule:Contract to HireMonday- Friday8:00am to 5:00pmLocation:Knoxville, TNBenefit offerings include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401K plan.
