Job ID#209742Pay Rate: $44 - $49hrJob Description:Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with Experience with manufacturing execution systems is required, but specific knowledge of Solumina is not mandatory.- Assist with regression testing for a new manufacturing execution system (Solumina).- Verify software updates before going live.Scope of WorkProject:Regression Testing Assistance: Assist with regression testing to ensure the software and projects are functioning correctly and meet quality standards.System Verification: Verify that the software and systems are working as intended, addressing any issues that arise.New Hire Support: Help new hires gain access to the execution system, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Manufacturing Engineering Support: Provide support for various manufacturing engineering team projects as needed, ensuring operational efficiency.Top SkillsTechnologies and Qualifications Required:Initiative & Focus: Ability to show initiative, stay on track, and manage tasks independently.Engineering Degree: A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering is required.Process Development Experience: Solid experience in process development, with the ability to optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.ERP Systems: Experience working with ERP systems, and understanding how they integrate with and support manufacturing operations.ERPMES Expertise: Strong skills in working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) andor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including problem-solving related to system issues causing production interruptions.Manufacturing Engineering Background: Thorough experience in mechanicalelectrical manufacturing engineering, ideally within the aerospace industry. Candidates with backgrounds in food or chemical manufacturing may not be as relevant unless they have similar technical problem-solving experience.Project Leadership: Proven track record of completing significant manufacturing engineering projects, with experience leading teams to accomplish project tasks.Problem-Solving & Certification: Must have hands-on problem-solving experience. Green Belt or Black Belt certification in problem-solving methodologies (such as Six Sigma) is highly preferred.Benefits offered vary by the contract.
