Horticulturist (various position levels)Belmont, MASummaryLandscape Collaborative has been installing and maintaining some of the finest residential landscapes in the Greater Boston area for 35+ years. With a team of 60+ employees, we are growing quickly and are looking to further nurture a team of dedicated horticulturalists. See a snapshot of our 400+ sites we manage here.We are currently looking for multiple candidates who have a passion for horticulture, design, and conservation. We are hiring at three different levels of skills: Assistant Horticulturalist, Horticulturalist, and Lead Horticulturalist. See below for more details on each.We are looking for a positive, hard-working, and team oriented individual, who is dedicated to expanding their career in horticulture. A successful horticulturist is interested in all aspects of horticulture from plant care to container design to perennial garden installation and property management. Team members must be able to lift 50lbs and have the ability to work a full day with physical demands.
