By fostering a long-term relationship with AMS, the program envisions one career with one employer, where today's protégé becomes tomorrow's mentor.Program OverviewThe mentorship program spans five years, each year offering unique opportunities for hands-on experience, targeted training, and career development. Through a combination of structured guidance and self-driven learning, participants will acquire in-depth knowledge in client relationship management, project management, system integration, and more.Key Responsibilities and Development GoalsAs an SI Associate Client Manager, you will:Support your designated Project Manager while learning essential skills such as client interaction, contract management, and project coordination.Actively participate in site visits, technician ticket reviews, and preventive maintenance preparation.Attend client meetings, networking events, and project bids to build interpersonal and professional expertise.Gradually transition from a supportive role to independently managing client accounts and projects.Yearly Development HighlightsYear 1: Comprehensive onboarding, administrative and software training, and direct support of a Project Manager. Focus on learning fundamental system integration principles.Year 2: Enhanced responsibilities, including limited account management and further technical and administrative training.Year 3: Transition to active account management under supervision, with advanced training in HVAC systems, controls theory, and client relationship strategies.Year 4: Reduced supervision, focus on managing complex projects, developing client relationships, and creating new business opportunities.Year 5: Full account management responsibilities, peer-partner relationship with the Project Manager, and preparation for promotion to SI Client Manager.Performance Reviews and GrowthParticipants will receive quarterly or semi-annual performance reviews, with feedback from mentors, peers, and clients. These evaluations will guide individual development and ensure readiness for promotion. Additional training opportunities, both required and optional, will be provided to support growth.The OutcomeBy the conclusion of the five-year program, participants who meet or exceed expectations will be promoted to the role of Systems Integration Client Manager, equipped with the skills and expertise to excel in this leadership position.
