For more information, visit ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONProactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies Supervise and assist maintenance personnelResponsible for maintenance personnel performance evaluations and interviewsOversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts, and suppliesDevelop and conduct training activitiesCoordinate preventive and predictive maintenance proceduresProcess employees Kronos records for weekly payrollAdditional responsibilities as required - this position is subject to change as the needs of the department changeACADEMICS AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA2 years of Supervisory experience in unionized manufacturing required Associate degree in a related field (maintenance, electrical, ect...), or combination of education and related experience 3 - 5 years of maintenance management in unionized manufacturing - including supervisory & training ManufacturingAutomotive Experience requiredPress Maintenance requiredSkilled Trades Supervisory experience preferredWhat is in it for YOU?
