Finance Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: 2+ years as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.Strong closing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and listening skills to address customer concerns professionally, both in-person and over the phone.Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure compliance and disclosure during vehicle deliveries.Build and maintain positive working relationships with finance sources.Present service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional financial products to customers.Ensure ethical and legal financial transactions.Meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance (F&I) income and penetration pensation & Benefits:Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireCompensation: Competitive, based on experience Locations: Texas, Michigan, and Kansas, with openings in Texarkana, Cleburne, Wharton, Waller, Fairfield, Corsicana, North Branch, OttawaSchedule: 9am-6pm.
