Limited travel required)The Client Services Director is a client facing senior leadership role that oversees the client service delivery teams and ensures that HCLTech, customer service and client goals are met. Multiple Client Services Director positions available to serve a long established client account; candidate should be based innear Bellevue WA, Kansas City MO, Atlanta GA The successful candidate is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, demonstrating key industry technical solution expertise, overseeing both sale and delivery personnel, establishing key quality and innovation initiatives within the teams and driving strategic account planning to ensure sustainable business growth. The role focuses on developing long term client partnerships, expanding service offerings, and ensuring seamless delivery of competitive IT solutions. The Client Services Director would have deep skills in the one or more of the following: Site-Reliability Engineering & IT Operations, Retail and Digital Application development, Integration & microservices development, platforms including supply chain-order management-Finance, data platforms and managementRoleResponsibilitiesLead and manage the client services delivery teams, providing direction, guidance, mentoring while fostering a collaborative environment and promoting teamworkDefine and execute sales and business development strategies within the client organizationEstablish and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfactionDevelop strategic and technical IT solutions for the client based on deep knowledge of the existing systems and landscapeServe as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, offering strategic insights and leadership to drive business successAddress any service delivery challenges, collaborating with client and HCLTech teams to find solutions that maintain client satisfactionManage client engagements to ensure HCLTech financial and qualitative goals are metCoordinate with engagement team, leadership and HCLTech practices to ensure client needs are metCollaborate with leadership to refine and execute strategies for growing the company's footprint within the accountQualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, software engineering, information technology, computer science, marketing, or related field10+ years of experience in client service delivery leadership preferredProven track record of managing client service teamsExcellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skillsStrong understanding of IT services and emerging technology trendsKnowledge of telecom IT processes, software and systemsAble to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer servicePay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $125,000 per yearPay Range Maximum: $256,300 per yearHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, andor local law.
