Senior Director of EngineeringLocation: Andover, MAA leading semiconductor company is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineering Manager to lead a team developing advanced mixed-signal ICs for RF and automotive applications.Job Description:The selected candidate will take an active leadership role in the concept, architecture, design, integration, and delivery of RF products operating in the 2-9GHz range. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring high-performance RF solutions to high-volume markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead RF product & IP development (2-9GHz TXRX modules).Collaborate across design, packaging, product, and test teams.Define IP roadmap and support corporate planning.Work with marketing & customers on specs & requirements.Conduct architecture studies & feasibility simulations.Ensure high-quality product development using advanced simulations.Mentor & lead an engineering team.Provide updates to senior management.Requirements:BSEE (15+ yrs) or MSEE (12+ yrs) in RF engineering.Experience in RF product development & Tier 1 customer engagement.Strong team leadership skills.Expertise in RFIC components & semiconductor technologies.Proficient in RF simulation & measurement tools.Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LTE, and wireless standards.Benefits:Salary $250k base401K matchingStock purchase planFull health, dental, visionGenerous PTOIncentive plansIf you are interested in finding out more please apply to the job posting, or submit your resume to to have a confidential discussion.
