You will monitor the operations performance of leased real estate and propertiesAssociate Asset Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns while balancing costs, risks, and growth opportunities.Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to align with investment goals.Work closely with property management teams to identify improvement opportunities and execute value-enhancing initiatives.Maintain relationships with investors and lenders, ensuring compliance with financing and regulatory requirements.Participate in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and stress testing to support business decisions.Assist with due diligence for potential acquisitions and property transitions from development to operations.Conduct periodic site visits and audits to ensure portfolio performance aligns with strategic objectives.Associate Asset Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a comparable role in asset Management.Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling skills.Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP experienceAbility to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Strong business judgment, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.Ability to work hybrid or remote without needing daily management oversight.Salary based on experience $90,000 - $110,000.
