Company Description WGI (Westfield Gage Incorporated) is a high precision Manufacturing and Overhaul & Repair machine shop located in Southwick, Massachusetts. They specialize in repairs for gas turbine engines, particularly V2500, PW2000, and PW4000. WGI is OEM source approved for V2500 components. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a TIG Welder at WGI Inc. located in Southwick, MA. The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts based on project requirements. The role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, and conducting quality inspections on finished products. Qualifications Proficiency in TIG Welding and metal fabricationAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience in welding stainless steel and aluminumKnowledge of welding safety practicesStrong attention to detail and quality controlCapability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is a plusCertification in TIG Welding is preferred
