Our well-known Central Oregon client is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with care and discretion. Executive Assistant ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between executives and internalexternal stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and other anize and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and efficiency.Draft, proofread, and prepare various documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, while ensuring cost-efficiency and comfort.Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, and participant coordination.Executive Assistant Qualifications3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior-level executive (President, VP, CEO, etc.).Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to effectively schedule and manage complex calendars.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and high level of professionalism. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Salary + Bonus up to $100,000 DOE
