Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Clinical Admin Coordinator in Brewer, ME 04412.Position: Assistant Clinical Admin Coordinator. Duration: 6+ Months (Chance of Contract to permanent). Location: Brewer, ME 04412.Pay: $18hrJob Description:Positions function includes being responsible for initial triage of members, administrative intake of members or managing the admissiondischarge information post-notification, working with hospitals and the clinical team. Includes managing incoming calls, managing requests for services from providersmembers, providing information on available network services and transferring members as appropriate to clinical staff. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. This function includes intake, notification and census roles.This job will have the following responsibilities:Reviewing Charts from Storge against NLH Retention limits Review the chart to see if it meets the criteria be destroyedretained further.If yes (for destruction), put into shredding bin Scanning paper records within retention limits into Cerner EMRQualifications & Requirements:High School or GED.
