What You'll Be Working OnConduct and drive research projects focused on the post-training stage of our models, improving their practical capabilities and real-world effectiveness.Collaborate with product teams to align research outcomes with business needs, bridging the gap between technical innovation and customer impact.Design and execute experiments to enhance post-training model adaptability for enterprise applications.Develop synthetic datasets and create evaluations for real-world enterprise use cases. What We Are Looking ForStrong research background in post-training optimization and fine-tuning of large language models, with familiarity in frameworks such as Megatron, DeepSpeed, or MaxText.A solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals and a practical, research-driven mindset.Proven experience in designing new ML methods or refining existing techniques.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML research, particularly Python.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.A passion for building impactful technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
