We have the tools and resources to help you build a great future while sharing your expertise!  This position requires that you possess the following skills: ·      High level of communication and follow-through skills·      Strong organizational skills·      Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth·      Financial Industry knowledgeexperience preferred·      Experience with MS Office, Excel and Salesforce preferred·      Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail·      4 Year college degree in business or finance (please do not apply if you have not graduated yet)  ResponsibilitiesTasks:·      Responsible for preparing risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverables for prospective client meetings·      Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.·      Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.·      Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.·      Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.·      Support the specialist department with any additional tasks.
