Process Control Analyst - Cornelia, GAPosition Overview:The Process Control Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to support decision-making processes for manufacturing operations. This role also includes project coordination, performing administrative tasks to assist the management group, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis:Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.Utilize statistical tools and software to perform data analysis and generate actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic planning and operational improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure reporting accuracy.Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and completenessAssists with Engineering Change Notice (ECN) projects and Product Improvement Projects in reference to data collection and data analysis.Project Management and Administrative Support:Assist the management group with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, priorities list and managing correspondence.Coordinate and manage communication between different departments and external stakeholders.Manage and organize electronic and physical files to ensure timely access to information.Support project tracking, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supplies management.Other tasks as directedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred1-3 years of experience in data analysis, administrative support, or a related role. Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, SQL or Python.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIKnowledge of manufacturing processes.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics) or manufacturing-related software is an advantage.Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.Working Conditions:Office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.Requires travel for meetings and training sessions 25-50% of the time.Flexible working hours may be needed to meet project deadlines and support management activities.Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, heat, and heavy machinery.Reporting Function: Reports to Regional Process Control Manager
