Sterling, IL Department: Office Support ServicesReports To: Office Support ManagerHourly Wage: $15.00 - $19.29 per hour, plus bonus opportunityAs a Meeting Room Clerk, you will provide meeting and meal setup services needed in the Mt. Sterling meeting rooms and additionally back up Office Support Services.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage and schedule meetings in OutlookCode and allocate meeting expensesManage the quality of all meetings, on and off site, including safe-food handling, meal set up, clean up, delivery and storageArrange tables and chairs in meeting rooms in the specific set up requestedEnsure outstanding customer service is provided and complies with company policiesFollow and apply standard work and work instructionsApply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the positionYOU MUST HAVEHigh school diploma or GEDValid Illinois Driver's LicenseProficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook productsProven customer-service skillsAbility to lift 50 poundsEffective communication and organizational skillsProfessional and positive attitudeYOU MAY ALSO HAVEExperience working in both team and independent settingsAbility to quickly adapt to changing requestsKnowledge of Zoom Room technologyProfessional and positive attitudeFood Safety Handler Certification ROLE SPECIFICSSchedule: 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday with the ability to work flexible hours to meet the responsibilities of the jobRegular physical activity, including lifting 25 or 40 pounds repetitivelyStanding and walking for long periods of time and routinely climbing stairs while carrying food trays, or boxes.WHO WE ARE Dot Foods makes products more accessible and affordable to the food industry.
