Associates play a key role in working to support the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closing. The ideal candidate is highly goal-oriented and has aspirations of a career in sales in a fast-paced environment.Primary Job Duties:Monitor industry trends to tailor marketing and member development effortsAssist senior Member Development team members with relationship-building effortsSchedule member relationship development appointments with prospective membersPrepare background institution and market research in preparation for member development visitsPrepare and ensure delivery of follow-up materialsFacilitate finalizing membership agreementsMaintain CRM data to capture a 360-degree view of prospects and outreach (key contacts, relationships, outreach history, etc.)Assist with internal coordination amongst departments (Events team, Ed Services, Research)Assist in the development of proposal decks for campaignsWork with the Marketing team to generate warm leadsListen in on member calls and provide necessary follow-up materialsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited collegeuniversity1+ years experience in sales or customer-focused roleInterest in the Healthcare IndustryAbility to come into the office 3 days a week (hybrid opening)Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:Customer-focusedAbility to influence others at senior levelsA team approach to working with othersAbility to perform a variety of duties within any work-dayOrganizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projectsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally as well as by phone and via emailExperience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goalsExperience finding multiple solutions to a complex problemProven experience managing multiple competing prioritiesKnowledge of and interest in healthcare subject matterPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
