The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overall construction management tasks on a daily basis.QualificationsProject Coordination and Management skillsConstruction Project Management expertiseBudgeting proficiencyAbility in Construction ManagementStrong Project Management capabilitiesExperience in the construction industryExcellent communication and leadership skillsExcellent computer software skills: Timberline, OST, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Primavera, proficient in video conferencing, AIA and advanced Excel.Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other comparable related degree.Must have a minimum of 3 years of documented CMAR experience managing commercial, industrial, education, or healthcare construction projects.
