$300M Tech CompanySenior Financial Analyst | $110k-$125k + Bonus Hybrid SummaryObjectiveThe Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing strategic insights and financial modeling to drive business decisions. Essential Functions Financial Analysis & Reporting:Support the FP&A team in preparing monthly rolling forecasts by working with business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions.Provide thorough monthly variance analysis of financial performance relative to budget, forecast, and long-range strategic plans.Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports (e.g., commission reports, leadership reports, KPI decks) for management decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in the annual budget and semi-annual reforecast processes.Leverage Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop and automate financial models, dashboards, and reports.Liaison with cross-functional teams to support their budget cycles and deliver monthly functional P&Ls comparing actuals to budget.Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related financial analysis role.Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, complex financial modeling).Preferred QualificationsExperience in multi-subsidiary financial analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of corporate budgeting, KPI development, and financial modeling.Experience implementing process improvements and automation in financial operations.
