Position Overview:Amplytics is seeking a Financial AnalystConsultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and technical skills to provide valuable financial insights, develop sophisticated financial models, and create dynamic data visualizations that drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & ReportingConduct complex financial analyses to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecastsCreate insightful financial reports and presentations for various stakeholdersIdentify trends and patterns in financial data to provide actionable recommendationsData Analytics & VisualizationDesign and implement Power BI dashboards and reportsDevelop advanced Excel models and automation solutionsCreate custom Power Apps solutions to streamline financial processesMaintain and optimize existing reporting systemsStakeholder EngagementPresent financial analyses and recommendations to various levels of managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsBuild strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersProvide training and support for financial tools and dashboardsProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvementsImplement best practices in financial analysis and reportingDocument and standardize financial processesMentor junior team members on financial analysis techniquesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roleAdvanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBAStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work effectively with all levels of managementPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldProfessional certifications (CFA, FRM, or similar)Advanced Power BI development experiencePower Apps development skillsExperience in management consulting or client-facing rolesAmplytics is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
