We serve a diverse, global customer base across various industries like technology, gaming, security and many more. Role Summary:We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will act as a key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, prospects, and customers to demonstrate the value of Zluri's platform, helping them understand how our product can solve their business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Account Executives to lead technical discussions and product demonstrations for potential customers.Understand customer needs, challenges, and business goals to recommend tailored solutions.Conduct technical presentations, proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions, and answer RFPsRFIs.Serve as a trusted advisor by explaining the architecture, integrations, and security aspects of the Zluri platform.Connect with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of the platform.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving SaaS management best practices.Provide training and enablement to internal teams on product updates and new features.Qualification and ExperienceEducation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.Experience: 4-7 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar technical pre-sales role.Key Skills: Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge in SaaS applications, IT asset management, security, or cloud technologies.Experience with API integrations, SSO, and security frameworks is a plus.Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, IAM, or cloud security platforms.Background in working with enterprise IT teams or IT procurement professionals.Understanding of SaaS compliance and governance frameworks.Empowering Diversity, Championing InclusivityZluri values diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment where every individual feels welcome and respected.
