Office Status: HybridSalary: $90,000 - $145,000Responsibilities:Facilitate the collection of financial data and key documents from corporate clients and prospects to assess creditworthiness and support the corporate credit process.Prepare and submit comprehensive credit packages for the approval of new corporate loans and the renewal of existing corporate credit facilities.Collaborate with Relationship Managers to draft corporate loan proposals, term sheets, and credit structures tailored to client needs.Review both internally generated and attorney-prepared corporate loan documents for accuracy and compliance before finalizing credit agreements.Oversee the management of corporate credit portfolios, including monitoring upcoming loan maturities, managing past due accounts, and addressing any documentation exceptions.Ensure timely resolution of any credit or loan-related issues, working with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong, ongoing corporate relationships.
