As a leader in both branded and private label solutions, Botticelli prides itself on delivering quality, innovation, and operational excellence to our retail partners.Position Overview:The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes and nurture strong customer relationships. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Reporting:Refresh and maintain monthly sales data and Nielsen reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness (this process may require up to two days per week).Prepare monthly sales recaps for Customer Development Managers, providing key insights on account performance.Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from the sales team to support strategic decision-making.Customer Service & Support:Assist in addressing customer inquiries and follow-ups, including out-of-stock product swaps and issue resolution.Work closely with internal teams and brokers to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.Provide item setup support, sample coordination, and private label development assistance as needed.Product & Pricing Maintenance:Oversee GS11WorldSync product maintenance, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.Maintain and communicate pricing updates across the organization as required.Contract & Promotion Management:Manage contract updates and submissions with our sales team ensuring broker contracts are accurate and up to date.Track and communicate contract revisions or promotional adjustments to relevant stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Assist with Purchase Order Entry into ERPServe as liaison between sales and other departments which includes passing along necessary documents, revising purchase orders etc. Process, pack and track sample orders to support sales efforts.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related field 2+ Years experience in sales analytics with specific knowledge of sales dataAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsProficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau, Power BI) is a huge plus.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in ERP Systems such as SAPStrong communication and interpersonal skills.A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams effectively.A passion for customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
