Your mission is to maintain accounting integrity in the files we use to receive invoices and generate bills, separate payments, organize QuickBooks, and eventually build strong connections with our customers, ensuring their loyalty through timely, reliable support and consistent communication. Additionally, you will handle other accounting administrative tasks like pricing analysis, EDI reporting billing, and forecasting.Key Responsibilities:Participate in an in-depth training program at our headquarters in Miramar, FLDemonstrate advanced Excel skills (IF statements and XLOOKUP proficiency required)Data Entry, Data Accuracy, and Data Consistency from our systems to QuickBooksManage time and resources efficiently to deliver results Handle a high volume of telephone and email communicationsJoin us and become part of our Platinum Team, where your contributions matter, and your growth is our success!Start the process.
