As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will lead high-impact, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that drive strategic growth and operational this role, you will act as an internal senior consultant, managing small teams and utilizing data to design and lead innovative projects and performance improvement opportunities. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders as you implement change throughout the organization. By doing so, you will work closely with and receive mentorship from senior leaders across various functions. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our organization and play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success.What you'll get:Annual salary commensurate with experience.Benefits: healthlifedisabilitydentalvisionmatching 401(k).Awesome team culture.Career opportunities in growing company.Mission based company.What you'll do:Work in small (3-5 person) core team, focused on innovation, strategy, and operational excellence.Lead multiple or one major workstream, utilizing data-driven approaches to identify and prioritize project opportunities with a focus on driving operational excellence and strategic growth.Manage and collaborate with small, dynamic teams on each workstream, comprised of individuals from different functions and areas of the business, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and fostering strong working relationships.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, gather input, and drive consensus in project decision-making.Lead workshops and deliver presentations to senior leaders, sharing insights, project updates, and recommendations.Mentor teammates, supporting their professional development and ensuring their contributions align with project goals.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree and advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent (5+ years of work experience).Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage effective teams and foster an inclusive and positive environment.Previous management consulting experience required.Demonstrated capability to manage multiple independent workstreams across a wide variety of topics and functions.Strong ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional growth.Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).About SAGEWorking for SAGE means being part of a community.
