Reporting to the CFO, this high-impact role will shape financial decision-making and support executive leadership in achieving long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee monthly financial reporting and consolidation processes.Lead annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities.Provide financial analysis and modeling to drive business strategy.Support M&A activities, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives.Develop key financial metrics and performance indicators.Present insights to senior leadership and board members.Lead cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.Requirements:15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.BSBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven leadership in a government contracting environment.Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.Experience managing PE-backed financial operations (preferred).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract obligations.📢 Why Join?
