This is a full time position. Candidates must live in the service area and report to the Meridian office. This role reports to the Service Desk Manager. You will be working on a team of highly skilled technicians and engineers across a wide range of disciplines. Your role is to ensure that industry best practices and methodologies are applied to the deployment, integration, and operational support of our customer environments. This is a great opportunity to build your IT career while working on exciting technologies and environments.Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm in-office or onsite with rotational on-call scheduling for work after-hours and on weekends. DutiesResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a deep technical understanding of technologies, including Windows 1011, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and software systems. Azure and IGEL experience preferred but not requiredManage and maintain Microsoft 365Work from Right! Systems Inc. offices to diagnose and resolve both emergency and chronic problems related to availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall functionalityWork on detailed and complex support incidents across multiple technologies and disciplines as part of a team of engineersAttend or participate in various product training sessions and classes in order to broaden your skillset while maintaining RSI's vendor relationshipsMeet with customers to discuss and outline new approaches and configuraions that improve and enhance their current environmentsCreate and maintain necessary technical support documents.Provide hardware and software supportOther work-related duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements1-3 years of equivalent technology experienceTechnical school or post-secondary education in technology preferredAble to demonstrate associate level expertise or equivalent certification level in one or more of the following areas:Servers and Virtualization (Windows, Azure)Microsoft (365ADExchangeIntune)Thin-client (IGEL) Exposure to Citrix Virtual Application and Desktop products as well as thin client devices preferredSharePoint administration experience preferredHands-on experience supporting solutions from some of the listed vendors aboveExperience administering Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint devices.
