Construction Estimator

Job Title: Landscape Construction EstimatorJob Location: Snohomish, WAPosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop detailed cost estimates.Analyze labor, material, and equipment needed for landscape construction projects.Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals.Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and contracts.Collaborate with design and project management teams to align estimates with project goals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.Track project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Estimator or similar role.Strong understanding of landscape construction processes and materials.Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Bachelor's degree in construction management, Landscaping, or related field (preferred).Preferred Skills:Experience with CAD software or reading blueprints.Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful projects.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
