Litigation Paralegal

Litigation ParalegalWe are looking for an experienced skilled litigation paralegal to assist in our litigation department. The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process and be very familiar with the workings of civil court. Superior clientcustomer service skills is a must for this position.Responsibilities:Draft pleadings and motionsPerform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)Maintain pleadings and discovery indexesOrganize exhibits, documents, evidence, etc.Aid with interrogatories and other discovery requestsGather relevant information from a variety of sourcesProvide assistance with case settlementsSkills:Proven working experience as a litigation paralegalApplicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc.Highly organizedStrong writing and communication skills along with attention to detailJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year dependent on experience.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offCandidates located in Conway, Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Greenville, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, and North Charleston encouraged to apply.
