The business is export driven with sales to more than 100 countries worldwide.To learn more about us, please visit us at: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This position is primarily responsible for ensuring timely and accurate international payments.Prepares invoices for payment including matching invoices with Bill of Ladings (BOL) and purchase orders and obtaining proper authorization for puts high volume of invoices daily.Schedules regular wire payments - both international and domestic.Resolves invoice and payment issues with suppliers and vendors.Reviews suppliervendor statements to ensure timely payment.Prepares creditsdeductions as needed with appropriate documentation.Researches and responds to inquiries from other employees, traders, suppliers, and vendors.Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.RequirementsSkills:Requires a commitment of six months, with the possibility of extension up to twelve months.2- or 4-year college degree in Accounting or related field preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Strong oral and written communication.Ability to adapt and prioritize.Detail oriented with effective organizational skills.Salary Range: $25-30 Per Hour
